At Equinox we want to ensure that you are perfectly satisfied with your purchase. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products.
In the rare event that the items are delivered damaged, please contact Equinox directly by ringing +44 (0)28 9023 0089 before returning the items or by emailing us as
sales@equinoxshop.com.
If you are returning a faulty item, we will require a proof of purchase, such as your purchase order.
Cancellation Conditions
To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please return the item in its original packaging to Equinox, 32 Howard Street, Belfast, BT1 6PF, Northern Ireland. Please include a copy of the delivery note and state clearly why you are returning the item. Ensure that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the item was delivered to you.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us such as gift-wrapping.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
On satisfactory receipt of the items in their original condition we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. If the items have not yet been dispatched, Equinox will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item and the associated postage charges for that item.
